I haven't trained before, can I sign up?The answer is YES! Whether you are a beginner or an advanced athlete, our programs are designed to meet you where you are and help you reach your full potential.

Can I cancel the membership?Yes, you can cancel at anytime. You just need to give us a 30 days notice. ( We'll be sad to see you go though!)

What if I have very little experience in the gym?Absolutely fine, the program is designed for anyone aged 30+.

Can the program be changed?Yes, you will need to fill in the weekly check-in form for your program to get changed.

How many hours per week will I need to train?The program is completely bespoke to your needs. But minimum requirements would be to have at least 2-3 hours per week.
