So, welcome to the FitOver30 tribe!

 

I’m Ryan, a 32-year-old. Having spent 6 years as a Royal Marine Commando. I know how important it is to be in tip-top physical shape ESPECIALLY as we hit our 30s and above 

 

After 6 years in the Royal Marines, I then moved into the Personal Training world and ran an online fitness coaching business. Fast forward 3 years, I’ve had another career change, and I’m currently working as a close protection operator in the Middle East!

 

Being fit and ready is key for me! And I want to help you build muscle, burn body fat and boost your energy levels even if you're in your 30s to 60s.
